Delivery Schedule
Usually, for those goods are available. We will deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days after we have confirmed the order. International orders are generally received in 5 days.
For the custom made products, the lead time is about 20 days. If we had made them before, the will be less than 20 days. If it is new products we never made before, the delivery time maybe longer.

Return orders
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods for the fowling reasons.
1. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
2. The goods are not match to the descriptions, requirements and quality. For products’ quality, we usually remake more excellent goods for customers then send to them. Sometimes return the stuff will cost more than reproduce the new ones. Especially for those international orders.
